  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after shipment

Express Fast Shipping is recommended for customers who need their order quickly.

3. Shipping Destinations

ELVERIA® ships to eligible domestic and international destinations. Available shipping options may vary based on the delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs clearance. ELVERIA® is not responsible for such delays.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. ELVERIA® is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
